Since OpenSearch is an open format, anyone can write software to read OpenSearch™ documents. Many people have, and we try to list them all here. Parenthesis indicate the level of OpenSearch support.

Note that these are readers that have explicit OpenSearch support. Since OpenSearch Response is an extension to RSS and Atom, the hundreds of RSS and Atom readers that already exist can also read OpenSearch Response feeds.
